Monster Hunter Stories doesn't currently have a Western release date, though when it releases on October 8 in Japan, it'll come with six different Amiibo figures. Five of them feature characters riding monsters, while the sixth is a cat.
Originally reported by Gamer.ne (and translated by Perfectly Nintendo), the three newly unveiled Amiibo figures feature characters Cheval on a Rathian, Ayuria on a Barioth, and Dan on a Qurupeco. You can remove all of the characters from their steeds to mix-and-match however you like. Check out all the Amiibo below.

In other Monster Hunter news, players will be able to dress up as The Legend of Zelda's Link in Monster Hunter Generations. The Palico costume is nearly identical to The Wind Waker's rendition of the character. Other Generations costumes are based on Fire Emblem, Mega Man, Okami, and Strider.
Monster Hunter Generations releases for 3DS on July 15, but you can download and play a demo from the eShop right now.
