Square Enix has announced that Just Cause 3's Bavarium Sea Heist DLC will be available from August 11 for owners of the Air, Land & Sea expansion pass. This is the third and final DLC pack included as part of the pass.
Bavarium Sea Heist will be available as a separate add-on purchase from August 18 for $5.99/€5.99/£4.99. The Air, Land & Sea expansion pack, meanwhile, is currently available for $24.99/€24.99/£19.99.
"Our aim with the Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass was to completely alter the way players tackle the game and we've achieved just that," said Marcus Andrews, lead designer of the Air, Land & Sea content at Avalanche Studios.
"Each of the three packs of new tools allows the player to wreak havoc in fresh, creative, and unique ways that ensures both new and existing fans of Just Cause 3 will have hours of additional content and an enormous number of ways to approach any situation."
The Bavarium Sea Heist content will allow players to "liberate the Medici costal waters of Scolio, drive the deadly rocket boat, 'Loochador,' and infiltrate the Stingray base to steal a lightning gun."

Critic Mike Mahardy described Avalanche Studios' open-world action game as "a stunning display of cause and effect, as watchtowers topple into fuel tanks, which blow up nearby helicopters, which sail into oncoming vehicles."
He continued: "I often spent hours setting up outlandish chain reactions, or trying new gear mods, knowing full well I wasn't making any progress in the traditional sense. I was content to just sit back and marvel as it all happened."
