Sega has released a dramatic new Yakuza 6 trailer featuring a host of established Japanese actors. The story-focused trailer was shared on YouTube, and can be viewed in the embed below.

[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]It's worth noting that Yakuza 6 has not yet been confirmed for release in the west. The PlayStation 4-exclusive game is scheduled to launch on December 8 in Japan, where it is known by the title Ryu ga Gotoku 6: Inochi no Uta.
The latest trailer features actor Takeshi Kitano, who was first revealed in a teaser last September. Other notable actors who make an appearance include Shun Oguri (Crows Zero, Great Teacher Onizuka) and Tatsuya Fujiwara (Battle Royale, Death Note).
Yakuza 6 was announced exclusively for the PlayStation 4 during Sony's press conference at 2015's Tokyo Game Show. In addition to Yakuza 6 Sega also announced Yakuza Kiwami for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, a remake of 2005's Yakuza. Kiwami has not yet been confirmed for a released outside of Japan.
Yakuza 5 came to North America three years after its release in Japan. We scored it an 8 in our review, earning praise for its engrossing storylines and rich settings but criticizing the less-than-sophisticated combat system.
