A new trailer for Suicide Squad has been released. It features DC's ragtag group of super villains turned reluctant heroes talking about their misfortune. For those not in the know, the Suicide Squad are forced to take on extremely dangerous missions in exchanged for reduced sentences. In most cases, they end up taking the fall for it when the missions fail too.
This is something Deadshot, played by Will Smith, notes at the start of the trailer. The trailer then provides snippets of the characters that make up the squad; namely Harley Quinn, Killer Croc, El Diablo, and Captain Boomerang. Of course, Amanda Waller--the brains behind the operation--is also featured prominently. Watch below.

For those wondering the music used in the trailer above includes Heathens by Twenty One Pilots, Sucker for Pain by Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Imagine Dragons, and others, and Purple Lamborghini by Skrillex and Rick Ross.
Suicide Squad is directed by David Ayer, who wrote the Oscar-winning Training Day and directed Fury and End of Watch. The movie also stars Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, and Jay Hernandez, and Ben Affleck will make a cameo appearance as Batman.
Suicide Squad is set to hit theaters on August 5. According to a recent report, the film could pull in as much as $140 million in the US for its opening, which would set a new August record. It also has potential to be the biggest opening for a Will Smith movie. Smith's current best-performer is 2007's I Am Legend, which made $77.2 million in the US for its debut weekend.
